WILLOW PARLO, a Dream-Pop band from Hamburg, impressed in 2022 with their debut EP, creating an atmospheric sound that blends Californian lightness with Scandinavian wistfulness. With their second EP See U Whenever and the single Can't Get Enough, the band refines their sound, addressing the feeling of the twenties and ambivalent relationships. They have established themselves successfully in the indie scene, performing at festivals and growing their fanbase. Their music is reminiscent of bands like Boygenius and The Japanese House.

The JAZZ OPEN STAGES have long since become an integral part of the festival: an admission-free concerts at attractive venues in the middle of the city, which is co-sponsored by the City of Stuttgart. The stages are located in the StadtPalais - Museum for Stuttgart, in the Music Pavilion around the Schlossplatz, in the St. Eberhard Cathedral Church, as well as in the Art Museum and are played on several days.
