What you should contribute:

• Fun and passion for live music and events
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Reliability
• Motivation and (physical) resilience
• Time between June 30 and July 15 (please specify exact availability)

Areas of responsibility:

Set-up and dismantling: We will set up and dismantle the entire festival infrastructure. This involves a number of tasks, such as hanging banners, erecting construction fences, etc., for which we need support.

Admission / ticket control: You will receive our visitors at the entrance and scan the tickets after the security check. If something does not work, you will assist in clarifying the situation in cooperation with our box office team.

Wristband distribution: For some areas, our visitors need an extra wristband to simplify access control. These include Front of Stage (FOS) and business tickets. After the ticket has been checked, you will put the festival ribbon on the visitor.

Ticket sales / box office: You sell tickets that are still available at the box office and issue guest list tickets and press passes to authorized persons.
Guest support: In the venue at the Old Castle (02.-06.07.2025) you help our guests to find their seats and are available for further questions. You will also control access to the wheelchair platform or business catering.

Information desk support: At our information desk on the Schlossplatz (07.-13.07.2025) you will provide our visitors with all the important information. Whether it's the performance times of the acts or where the toilets are, you'll be on hand to answer any questions, hand out information material, hearing protection, etc.

Merchandise sales: At the merchandise stand, you are responsible for selling merchandise products. Your tasks also include stocking and setting up and dismantling the products.

Accreditation: In our daily manned accreditation tent, you issue passes to journalists or employees and suppliers to give them access to the festival site.
Open Stages support: You are responsible for supporting the organization of our free concerts in the Stadtpalais, at the music pavilion on the Schlossplatz or in the Dorotheenquartier. You are the contact person and supervisor for bands and artists and help with the organization after the concert.

Press container supervision: During the concert, you will stand in front of the press container and make sure that only accredited journalists have access to the press container.

Social media content: You will support our social media team with the visual creation of content and capture moments before and during the concerts. Photo and video skills as well as editing know-how are required for this task.

Hospitality SpardaWelt (artist support): You will help our artist support team in our Venue SpardaWelt with stocking the backstage rooms, setting up and making sure that the artists feel comfortable with us, discretion and reliability as well as English language skills are essential here.
